Shipping Information


All information provided by customer MUST be correct and up-to-date. I CANNOT and WILL NOT be held responsible for non-receipt of orders if correct information is not provided OR conflicting information is provided.

If you are checking out through PayPal, please make sure your shipping address on your PAYPAL PROFILE is also correct. YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS IS THE ADDRESS YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP TO REGARDLESS OF WHAT IT SAYS ON YOUR BIGCOMMERCE PROFILE. If paid by PayPal I use PayPal shipping to print shipping labels and I DO NOT enter the shipping addresses manually. They are pulled directly from your PayPal profile. If that address is wrong the shipping label will be incorrect and your order will be shipped to an incorrect address. If you have even the slightest inkling that anything could be incorrect or you are uncertain with your shipping information CONTACT ME ASAP in order that I can make sure things are set straight BEFORE I ship your package.

Standard shipping is via Canada Post from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.  All rates are dictated by Canada Post based on weight and destination. All orders shipping WITHIN CANADA will automatically receive tracking.  For orders shipping OUTSIDE OF CANADA (United States or International) there is NO TRACKING available, unless tracked package is selected at checkout in the shipping options, or if you select one of the UPS shipping options.

Canpar Courier Provincial Flat Rates

Canpar courier is now an additional shipping option for orders within Canada.  Each province has a set flat rate shipping fee which you will see at checkout in the shipping options.

Import Duties, Taxes and Charges

Are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility should they occur. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying, thank you.

Lost or Undelivered Items

As a small independent company I try everything I can to be accommodating to customers but if they are unwilling to pay for tracking on their packages then I am unable to offer too much help unless those packages are returned to me by the postal service, at which time I will get the correct information from the customer and ship them again. I also CANNOT and WILL NOT be held responsible for non-receipt of packages if the customer information I have been provided with by the means mentioned above is incorrect.

Damaged Items

All orders are packaged as carefully and protected as much as possible in order to avoid any damage. Once the package leaves my hands it is in the hands of the postal service and I CANNOT and WILL NOT be held responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment. Again, if you are worried about this, please be certain to PURCHASE INSURANCE on your package as mentioned previously. Having said that, I value my customers and try to give the best customer service I can. Therefore, if you receive damaged goods, please send me photos of the damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt of your package and there MAY be something I can do to compensate you for the damages. NO PROMISES and these situations will be handled on a case by case basis between the parties.
